I booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to our office and the advertised gym. While the gym is decent, guests need to pay extra to use it, which was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. The room was clean and I got relocated quickly when my air conditioner had issues, and the staff was open to helping us throughout our stay. However, the overall decor felt a bit outdated and gloomy.

While the gym was decent, I was disappointed to find out that I had to pay separately for its use, which wasn’t clearly communicated during booking. On the positive side, I found the room I stayed in for 15 days to be clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.
